We want you to be satisfied with your purchases.  Creating lasting relationships with our customers is our goal.  That's why we have the easiest, most hassle free return policy in the industry.

If you receive an item that you are not totally satisfied with call us.  As long as the item is still in the original factory condition with the tags still attached, and still in the original box, we will be glad to take it back.

There are a few rules to our easy return policy:  

(1)  Let us know you are returning the item within 7 days.

(2)  Put a copy of the invoice in the box that includes reason for return.

(3)  If you return your item and don't exchange, there is a $14 restocking fee per item returned.

(4)  If you exchange the item, we will waive the restocking fee on your 1st exchange.  If any further exchanges are done, there will be a $14 restocking fee per item.

(5)  You do pay for shipping on the new item and any difference in price.

(6) Because Human Hair products are regulated by state laws, we cannot accept returns on these items.
