If you receive an item and you would like to make an exchange for style or color, please call us.
As long as the item(s) are still in the original factory condition we will be glad to make the exchange.
- Factory condition includes the following description.
- Item remains in brand new condition.
- All original tags must be included and attached.
- Item cannot have any fragrances (examples would include but not limit cigarette smoke and perfume).
- Item cannot have any hair spray, gel, or other products applied.
- Item cannot be cut or altered in any way.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Please note: If we receive an item that does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling as needed.
- Each item exchanged / returned will have a $15.00 restocking fee per item
- If a customer has a high volume of returns, we reserve the right to raise our restocking fee as required.
- Please let us know via phone or email to let us know about your exchange / return. It must be returned within 10 days of the date you received the item.
- Please include the following in your return package.
- Your piece with the original box and / or packaging.
- A copy of your invoice.
- A note stating the reason for your exchange / return.
- Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of returned items, minus Shipping and Restocking fee.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered.
Due to varying international policies and customs regarding human hair, we recommend being aware of your country's specific policies before purchasing a human hair item.
