Our items are returnable. We require that returned items and their packaging remain in their original factory condition.
* Due to the nature of accessory items they are considered final sale, and cannot be returned.
Helpful Hints to make the process smooth:
- First, the item must be in brand new condition including the wig box and/or other packaging.
- Second, the Wig Tags are factory attached. Leave them in place while you try on your new item.
- Third, fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to perfume or smoke. Keep the item in it’s original box as much as possible.
- Fourth, don’t alter the bangs, add spray, add gel or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
- Fifth, include your packing slip which includes all the information we will need to process your return.
- Finally, take your time - up to 60 days. But remember, it must be in Brand New Unworn Factory condition.
Very Important: A 15% ($9 minimum) restocking fee per item will be charged to cover inspection and other miscellaneous costs to ensure items are in perfect condition.

We want to make the return process as smooth as possible, so make sure items are in in factory condition otherwise we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling as needed.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has pulled the item from their warehouse and boxed it up for shipping. If we can stop the order before that no fees will apply.
